Question: How do I start?
Answer: Just give us a call. We’ll get your name, address, phone number, and schedule your pick-up.
Question: Can I get a special pick-up not on the regular schedule?
Answer: Maybe. It will depend on if we have a driver available to do a pick-up.
Question: Can I get a faster turn-around?
Answer: If we have a driver available, we might be able to make a special delivery. You can always give us a call to arrange to pick-up early at the store.
Question: Do you provide laundry bags?
Answer: When we deliver your clean laundry, we will provide you with Duvall Laundry Bags for future orders.
Question: How should I give you my laundry?
Answer: The first time we pick up, you can give us your laundry in any bag that you choose: garbage bag, grocery bag, etc. We will return your laundry in our Duvall Laundry Bags which you can use in the future.
Question: Can I get laundry bags from you ahead of time.
Answer: Sure. If you come by the laundry and give us your name, we can give you a couple of Duvall Laundry Bags to get you started.
Question: Is it OK if I give you a laundry basket?
Answer: It is really better to give us your laundry in bags. That keeps all your items more secure. Our driver will have extra plastic bags when they come to pick up your laundry. We will return your laundry in our Duvall Laundry Bags which you can use in the future.
Question: How can I pay?
Answer: We will bill you each week. You can pay by cash, check, credit card, or even PayPal. We recommend that for your security you do not send cash or credit card information in the mail. PayPal is the best choice for paying online.
Question: How much does it cost?
Answer: The charge for our Wash-Dry-Fold service is $1.35 per pound. Large and bulky items have a per item charge. Pick-up and delivery has a $5 charge (round trip).
